During the riot, Sean McHugh pushed a large metal sign into law enforcement officers and assaulted them with bear spraySean McHugh, 36, was found guilty at a bench trial in April of obstruction and assaulting, impeding or interfering with law enforcement officers, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C., said.

There should be a mechanism in place that if you’re convicted of Jan 6th stuff, if your sentenced is curtailed by certain presidents, you will complete your time plus 5 years.
