FBI arrests Jan. 6 rioter whose photo was featured in a Biden campaign ad

Andy Steven Oliva-Lopez, the FBI says, is the man prominently featured in an image snapped by a Getty photographer that has been frequently used in news articles in the three years since the attack on Jan. 6, 2021. The image — showing a person unleashing an orange chemical spray while wearing a blue plaid shirt, a helmet and a gas mask — was recently featured in a presentation by U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, Matthew Graves, and it was also included in an ad for Joe Biden's 2024 presidential campaign.

In blow to Fox Corp., judge rules Smartmatic case over 2020 election lies can proceed

The decision from Manhattan Supreme Court Judge David Cohen represents a significant setback to Fox’s corporate leadership, including the powerful Murdoch family, who will now face more scrutiny in the litigation. Cohen already let the case proceed against Fox News — and on Wednesday, he rejected a request by Fox Corporation to throw out the claims against the parent company.

The lawsuit was filed in the wake of the 2020 election, when Fox repeatedly gave airtime to far-right figures who promoted outrageous and debunked claims that Smartmatic rigged the presidential election by flipping millions of votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden. They did this even though on-air anchors, top producers and executives privately admitted that the election wasn’t stolen.

How right-wing influencers turned airplanes and airports into culture war battlegrounds

In recent weeks, right-wing influencers, politicians and media outlets have repeatedly attacked efforts by airlines to find more job applicants who are women or nonwhite, programs that are known within big corporations as diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Some of their attacks are getting millions of views on social media and being picked up by Republican politicians.

You can refuse to register with the minute you make any political speech or refuse to do this for some made up reason then you will be prosecuted.

I remember when they tried to ban his Twitter account.

This will properly discredit and get these fools out of the paint. We don't want to hear their CCP/globalist speeches.

After holding up his father’s severed head, he says he now controls and commands “America’s police and military,” and calls for the execution of federal employees, and puts bounties on the FBI director, the Attorney General and the Chief Supreme Court Justice.

He rails against the LGBTQ community, the Black Lives Matters movement and “terrorist organizations such as anti-fa.” He calls for the seizure of federal buildings and says federal employees should be “publicly executed for betraying their country.”

During the online tirade, Mohn describes his father as a federal worker and rails against the Biden administration and the border crisis while declaring himself the new acting US president under martial law.

True MAGA patriots must remove themselves from Biden’s booming economy, cash out 401(k)s

In response to this distressing spate of positive economic news, I hereby call on all MAGA faithful to quit their jobs and remove themselves from the CORRUPTLY BOOMING BIDEN ECONOMY.

To all devoted MAGA patriots aboard the Trump Train:

America’s economy appears to have gone woke and is now fully supporting the reelection of Crooked Joe Biden. I’m not sure how this happened, but no matter how much we say the economy is terrible, it keeps unpatriotically refusing to be terrible, posing a direct threat to PRESIDENT Donald J. Trump in the 2024 presidential race.

Just look at these recent headlines about the now-totally-liberal economy:

“Consumer confidence hits highest level since December 2021.”
“Falling inflation, rising growth give U.S. the world’s best recovery.”
“As doomsday predictions dissipate, Biden aides savor booming economy.”
Along with all that, the S&P 500, which we now know has a liberal bias, hit a record high Jan. 19, wage growth is beating inflation and jobless claims hit their lowest point since 2022.

There must be fear!Good economic news forces the GOP to switch narrative to the border.
