His people have proven that the state is unwilling to use violence against them, even when they committed insurrection. That essentially means that any decision that congress, the senate, or Biden makes doesn't apply to them as long as they follow Trump's tweets.

Because let's be real. If Biden or pelosi supporters had done this they'd be in jail at best and shot dead in the streets at worst.

Biden is already a lame duck president and he hasn't even taken office yet. Don't think that's ever happened before.
