this procedural got me hooked damn it.
Talked to a friend of mine yesterday and he's enjoying it.
It's fun hearing what people are keeping up with on their watchlists for TV and movies.

I am a sucker for a "good" procedural and now he adding Jensen?
Now THAT is a good thread debate...favorite TV serials procedural shows that you just watch for no damn reason.
Damn him to hell all these empty calories.
(sidebar.. interestingly I do NOT consider Law & Order in that category when CLEARLY it is)
I NEED to watching Baby reindeer!
Jensen seems like he'll be a good addition (especially with his built-in fanbase).
Side note - friend noted he was also watching Law & Order Toronto. He said a recent storyline seemed to be drawn from the Gian Ghomeshi scandal in Canada years back.
As for Baby Reindeer ... gonna check that one out too. Been hearing all the positive reviews from podcasters.
Wait wait wait there is a Toronto law and order???!!!
If they knew Fallout was going to be a hit they would have never dropped it all at once. Remember this post, when season two drops it will be done weekly.I wonder why people find it so difficult to admit they were wrong
There has been a long running narrative that dropping an entire season of a series is a kiss of death and a sign that its bad and it is destined to fail...
Yet there has been a STRING of instances that has proven this idea to be wrong.
But nevertheless they KEEP saying it.
Fallout Blue Eyed Samurai The Diplomat Bad Reindeer etc etc etc have all been huge hits or critical successes or record breakers and already gotten renewals.
I am not saying that perhaps if they WERE weekly releases that hey would not have been as successful but its hard to believe they would have been MORE so.
out now
The Dead Boy Detectives are a fictional supernatural detective duo who have appeared in comic books published by DC Comics' Vertigo imprint. They were created by writer Neil Gaiman and artists Matt Wagner and Malcolm Jones III in The Sandman #25 (April 1991). The characters are the ghosts of two dead children, Charles Rowland and Edwin Paine, who, rather than enter the afterlife, stay on Earth to become detectives investigating supernatural crimes.
Dark
I know this series has been around for several years but I'm just 7 episodes in on season 1 and I'm enjoying it. I don't think I've ever watched a series in which almost every character has a secret. With a looming nuclear power plant hovering over the town, missing children, some crazy time loop happening it continues to pull me in and I'm right along with the characters trying to figure out what's happening.
THEM season 2
Set in 1991 when tension between the LAPD and minorities couldn't be higher after the brutal beating of Rodney King the sinister murders of several people and the story of a struggling mentally ill actor make for a harrowing watch but this is another mystery I can't wait to see play out. Very good performances blended with some scary and suspenseful moments are keeping me involved. Always great to see Pam Grier
