By pushing it down to the states, decoupling from the feds, it lessens the power of the federal government that will change due to huge demographic shifts away from WS to normal thinking people. Ethnic Russian in Ukraine, South Africa, Zimbabwe, India, and other attempted settlements by them fail over time where the population density is low for the indigenous people.
It is impossible economically to work with them, unless as a subjugated employee 99% of time for their companies. This is a recipe for disaster long term.

Now when the dust settles, all that is going to happen when abortion is criminalized and black women and other WoC are targeted, is that black families will lose both women and men to the penal system. Black homes will be further broken and if extended family can't accommodate taking in the kids, they will be raised by the state AKA all those white people you love so much. Of course you and the state both probably love that idea since black women are such horrible mothers.
The state won't give people money to raise their own kids, but foster families are well paid by our tax dollars. Just watch the places abortion becomes legalized and wait.
