You know what, a morally modest, and mannerable woman would find it absolutely embarrassing to have that many plates with that much food piled in front of her. Yes, they all look good but in truth, demonstrably, they are pigs and all that glitz and glamour does not match their reality. Every last one them probably took home a "to-go" box, we used to call them "doggie bags"!!! They order all that food because they can't afford to eat real meals at sustained normal intervalls!!!

We live in a world with people having more food allergies, people with special diets, visually appealing accessories.. numerous plates of food for certain food categories to not touch each other due to allergies and special diets and also visually appealing plating.. if you threw all that food on 1 plate the food allergies , vegetarian/vegan, religious no pork on my fork mafia will come after that restaurant for not respecting their eating practices.. thank modern society for all these plates for various foods
