I was thinking mlb because it's the least contact of all of them...but kicker or punter sounds plausible
No, no contact but if you can't hit you won't play. And I doubt any born female with bonus holes could hit MLB pitching.
If MLS keeps growing it could replace hockey as #4 and that's possible but soccer is a rough game with no protection whatsoever. Well, shin guards but they're not much.

but I'm willing to bet theres a one or two on a MLB team thats there for other attributes. Every sport has its bench warmers. As far as NBA affiliated I could see the G-league having one...close enough for the NBA to look progressive but not enough to be a complete distraction.

Well, it's certainly possible but the thing is we're talking about niche roles. And there are plenty of men without bonus holes who could fill those roles. So it would be as you say, a PR move more than anything else.

All the talk always centers around “boys in girls sports” but I think the idea of someone transitioning from female to male and dominating the men is inarguably bad ass. In any sport. But especially in boxing!
