They don't realize everything is on a server and is being watched. Who ever owns that app, will most likely have pings when a certain name or topic is mentioned and it's saved. Just like text messages on your phone can subpoena by the phone company. This company is storing the same. And now a foreign country will most likely call them up with some cash to get those messages
