If Joe Biden really wanted to endorse Kamala Harris for President he and the administration wouldn't have pushed her to the background for the entirety of his presidential term. At least then she could have built up some good will and done enough to alleviate any potential concerns later as to her viability as a President.

Biden and Democrats are the ONLY people keeping a Black Woman from being President of the United States right now. Not Trump and not Republicans.
Biden should step down so Kamala is the incumbent going into the election. Otherwise he is setting her up for failure. What message does it send for him to drop out of a race because of health but still not have enough trust in Kamala to not step down? Black folks should be pissed off about this. Especially the women. It is obvious that Biden appointed her as VP for votes but doesn’t actually want her to be President.
