High propensity voters don't make up the majority of any group except, possibly, the elderly. That said, they're the ones you count on especially for important off-year elections so their opinion should be a
barometer.
Not just boomers and Gen X but you have a lot of people that are older millennials that served in Iraq and Afghanistan that are getting disability that are about to be gnashing their teeth if this goes through. (I'll be one of them)
