Can you please provide your sources debunking illegal immigration as a drain on resources? It is very difficult to get accurate statistics because of laws preventing transparency. They are definitely a drain on resources locally in our schools and medical system here in California. Btw, I'm not looking for debate i'm attempting to explain the thought process and goals of immigration reform. For years the talk in tech has been the desire to get higher skilled immigrants in place of lower skilled ones. Typically, the higher skilled immigrants are coming from India, China, Canada, South Korea, and Brazil. Mexico typically yields non-low skilled labor force.
You see also a lot of those immigrants pay taxes some Americans don’t pay taxes. Sir, don’t be a racist republican I remember we have a lot of black immigrants here too who are doing the best they can with little resources
