I don’t know if it’s just me but the messages and posts about people NOT listening to democrats are resonating with me.
In general, it has felt like people in mass are tuning more into GOP messaging (example: folks on this board constantly writing their disdain for republicans but talking about a democratic agenda for LGBTQ+ rights and more, even though that wasn’t a part of the democratic platform).
Democrats have been calling the bullshit out, introducing protective, progressive and proactive legislation for families, immigrants, social and economic protections and voting rights. Those things are voted down and or ignored. Ask yourself, why is/was The Squad (AOC, Omar, etc) hated so much? It wasn’t bc they were young Black and Brown women and men but bc they were very critical and vocal about their criticisms.
