President Trump has announced "reciprocal" tariffs. This is going to be a nightmare.
1) This injects even more uncertainty into the economy. Is he going to actually follow through?
2) A different rate on each nation = really tough to understand and administer.
3) This is going to be a lobbying bonanza for Trump's favor as nations and companies seek exemptions
