The sad thing is most states, especially "red" states, already lack protections and services for disabled students and disabled individuals overall.
And they don't have the desire to have then either unfortunately.
That means those kids and their families are going to really be hit hard.
On top of that many of the services they receive outside of school settings are funded by Medicaid which is also in danger of being slashed in both money/resources and employees.
If they're successful in this even if it's only briefly the damage to these individuals and the elderly alone will be catastrophic. People are literally going to die because if this DOGE shit and Trumps policies
