Yo bro...

I wasn't ready for that analogy

I'm logging off

It's too early.
Fam you know I got you. I have been studying this shit since I have been awakened to the fact that we are all living behind enemy lines but still striving. My Pops hit me with that when I turned 17 and I didn't see the world the same after that. I hit my oldest with it too and all aspects of our conversations have changed.

Bruh, about 30 years ago, me and 3 cats were on our way to Club 112. The fourth dude in the ride was a friend of the 3rd guy. We knew him, but we didn't know his friend, but aight, you can roll with us. We stop at the liquor store first, and when we got to the store, the fourth guy sees a guy wearing those biker shorts that were popular at time, and said, "Yo, that nigga packing! He gon' kill somebody with the thang!", and then he starts laughing and looks at us like we were going to laugh with him, but instead he got 3 doses of :hmm: :smh: . We pulled our boy to the side and he said, "I already know. Y'all ain't gotta say nothing."
Reminded me of this.....

The truth will come out? I thought it already did. What else is to come.

"Maggie Burbank, who produced the (HBO) story that we just did on Mark Davis, she actually called Gruden and he picked up the phone, much to I think her surprise," Kremer said on the Real Sports Podcast. "And he's still in Las Vegas. He says he's letting the dust settle. He said, 'People who know me know what I stand for for 58 years. I have a resume of 58 years.' He said, 'The truth will come out.' It's certainly cryptic."

I've always thought this, and for a bonus, we have no "home" to go to

NFL's investigation into Washington Football Team won't be released, commissioner Roger Goodell says amid pressure

NEW YORK -- NFL commissioner Roger Goodell doubled down Tuesday on the league's decision not to make public the results of its investigation into the workplace culture at the Washington Football Team, saying the anonymity of the people who cooperated with the investigation was too high a priority to allow the league to do so.\

"We're very conscious of making sure we're protecting those who came forward," Goodell said after six hours of NFL owners meetings in midtown Manhattan. "That was a very high priority."

The investigation has come under fire again in recent weeks after some of the emails unearthed in the process became public, resulting in the resignation of Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden. In those emails, Gruden used racist, anti-gay and misogynistic language that the league has denounced. Calls to release more of the emails have been rejected.
On Tuesday, two former Washington Football Team employees came to the hotel where the owners were meeting, with copies of a letter they sent to the league asking for the findings of the investigation to be made public. Those former employees specifically mentioned Washington team owner Daniel Snyder, who as a result of the investigation has, according to Goodell, not been a part of team activities for the past several months. Snyder's wife, Tanya, who is a co-CEO of the franchise, has taken over daily operations, and the team was fined $10 million in the wake of the investigation.
"I do think he's been held accountable," Goodell said of Daniel Snyder. "More importantly, steps were put in place to make sure it doesn't happen again."\

Goodell also said the league looks forward to cooperating with a congressional inquiry into its investigation. Two members of the House oversight committee wrote the league last week saying they were seeking more information on the investigation into workplace misconduct with the Washington Football Team.

Typical cac shit. In his eyes he didn't do anything wrong that's why instead of apologizing he is pointing fingers. Cunningham is playing the role of the black friend vouching for him. If there was any justice in this world he would have told him he is no longer welcome in his church.

Jon Gruden sues NFL, Roger Goodell for forcing Gruden’s resignation

Jon Gruden has taken a page from the playbook of longtime Raiders owner Al Davis.
The former Raiders coach has sued the NFL and Commissioner Roger Goodell in Nevada state court.

“Through a malicious and orchestrated campaign, the NFL and Commissioner Roger Goodell sought to destroy the career and reputation of Jon Gruden, the former head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders,” the lawsuit alleges, via David Ferrara of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The complain contend that Gruden was “forced to resign” as a result of the persistent leak of supposedly secret emails from the Washington Football Team investigation.

“When their initial salvo did not result in Gruden’s firing or resignation, Defendants ratcheted up the pressure by intimating that further documents would become public if Gruden was not fired,” the lawsuit filed Thursday on Gruden’s behalf alleges. “They followed through with this threat by leaking another batch of documents to the New York Times for an October 11, 2021 article. On October 7, 2021, Jon Gruden was the head coach of the Raiders on a 10-year, $100-million contract. By October 11, 2021, he had been forced to resign.”

The initial article from the Review-Journal did not link the full complaint. Once it’s available, we’ll perform a full and complete analysis.

One key factor is whether the Raiders were specifically named as defendants. If so, the NFL won’t be able to remove the case from state court to federal court, a common practice by out-of-state interests that hope to avoid possible “home cooking” from elected state-court judges.

Obviously, Gruden got what he deserved based on the content of emails he sent to former Washington executive Bruce Allen. However, the emails should not have been weaponized to take Gruden out. Through this litigation, much more undoubtedly will be learned regarding who leaked the emails, and why.

Now that Gruden had got some of that contract money back from the Raiders, he is about to go hard after Goodell.
Definitely not a Gruden fan, but his case is might be valid.

100% if Gruden's emails were the only ones given out and the NFL said they weren't releasing anymore emails.
