Probably the most expensive trial in GA history.

2nd attorney when speaking about Thugs criminal background: "He has been involved in a lot" SMH.

Then he said the judge brought much needed order to the proceedings. Crapped on Judge Glanville.

Thug speaking now. Told the Sheriffs I'm sorry for your time invested although you made more money l ol
Smh

Made all involved seem incompetent. All these educated attorneys look like they didn't know shit about the law or how to prosecute.

100 hours community service a year
No contact with any gang member except brother and Gunna
No promotion of street gang activity
No firearms except security
Random drug screenings
4th amendment waiver so law enforcement can search for illicit guns and drugs

How is he the head of this and heading home but the others under him had to do some time?

It makes no sense.

I'm wondering if the prosecution has dropped certain charges and allowed them to plea to others so that they still have the option of charging people in those (such as the murders which were involved in this indictment.)

Only because of his future earnings potential.

He offered 100k a year for 3 years to the SHERIFFS if they would use it to fund a gun buyback program for Fulton county.

Egg on their face...YOU DON'T ALREADY HAVE ONE?

BRIAN Steele was shitting all over the State's case. He would have destroyed them if it went to verdict.

They put lyrics in the indictment that Thug didn't even write or rap. They didn't know that Thug used 2pac's "I'm not a killer but don't push me"...saying he really meant that as an original thought. They said he went to clubs to do violence but Steele interviewed the club owners and they said nothing happened on those dates

So much more giant holes for the defense to poke through. I can't recap it all but it's in the prior video...a great watch.

Although this is a win it's set up for him to fail.

I hope does turn his life around but with those probation terms and his history I think they're betting on his fucking up being a matter of when not if which is logical based on how he's moved previously.

Especially the drugs considering the industry he's in.
I'll always celebrate when a black man win cases like these because we all know the justice system is racist as fuck.

I wonder if this puts Fanni in danger of losing?

I'd hate to see that MAGA affiliated white chick beat her in the election.

Speaking of which I wonder how much an effect the Trump case and how they came for Fanni earlier this year had in this case.

I'd bet that due to Trump’s lawyers attempting to get Fanni off the case and how they went after her she had to dedicate far more resources to that which possibly compromised this and other cases due to limited resources.

His main problem will be staying away from known gang members, the random drug tests and gun searches.

He can't be around any of that stuff or he's done.

He better keep a tight circle and just rap and go home. Maybe TI can help him navigate how to regain your career after jail.

I hear you but have to disagree on this one.

No matter how much the prosecution fucked up this case it has become clear IMO that he and his crew were everything they were accused of and maybe more including dropping bodies so I think this is a win for them which will ultimately be a serious loss for the community unfortunately.

Maybe but even TI didn't have to deal with restrictions that tight.

Dude needs to get as far from his familiar surroundings and people as possible and surround himself with some Mitt Romney type white boys

I mean there's not many times a black man win a high profile case like these, he could've had a sentence with life in prison.

Also, he was in prison for as long as that trial with him having to keep going to court.

Also, the dudes who are responsible for the killing ar serving that time for their crimes.

So, you really can't blame YOUNG THUG for some shit he didn't do unless they found he was guilty and responsible for it.

But now he gets a second chance at life, I would advise him to get with gucci mane and wallo about how they've changed their life staying out of trouble and keeping their life private while still making money for their family.

Yeah that's going to be real tough & they might just set his ass up so that he'll have serve that back loaded time.

I have no doubt he is gonna do NUMBERS between:

his first music out of jail

Paid interview

Paid podcast appearance

First live concert

Social media endorsements

As long as they don't violate probation he's gonna generate serious money...

I'm sure they will bring him out at some major event like Rolling Loud or even Coachella or something on that level.

Some will see him as their Tupac.
