Tariq doesn't believe single mothers should receive reparations. Should single fathers? Single people period? Who is judge and jury determining whether someone is single because of bad decisions or because the believe in protecting and bring forth black life out of wedlock or not, or who is single because they lost a spouse or had their spouse jailed by a white supremacist legal system.
