He’s massively in student loan debt. So he starts talking to me about department of education and the various income, hardship, etc plans they give you to payoff your debt.
I tell him you know Trump has plans to do away with DOE and likely your loans, my loans are going to be sold to private entities to do whatever the fuck they will with them?
He was absolutely shocked and practically called me a lair until he started doing some research.
