VP Kamala Harris received considerably more votes than Obama, and even that was not quite enough (about $2M votes short) to overcome the racism and overall stupidity that Trump is a whisperer to. The VP Harris campaign did remarkably well considering the very short timeline she had to work with. In retrospect, the Dems biggest error was lack of planning, and initially banking on a re-election campaign with joe.
