Lee Meriwether did it large before Vanessa, she won the crown waayyy back in 1955, not only did she appear in the "Batman" movie as Catwoman, she also was a regular on the long-running classic 70s detective show "Barnaby Jones" where she played his secretary, she also did a short stint as Lily Munster in an 80s "Munsters" remake.

She was nominated for 2 Golden Globes and an Emmy.

But you're right, no one took the crown higher than Vanessa.
