Got a friend who is a bar restaurant manager. His bar signed up for UberEats last month and that first night he says they did over $1000 in business just in the first two hours. I was there the entire time (playing bar league poker) and they could not make the food and get it out the door fast enough. They were so swamped with new business that they were apologizing to customers physically in the bar who couldn't get served!
Man some tech folks calling this next big wave the "Uberlization"
