Your an idiot. Black people make up 12% of the population if we stopped spending for one day it would barely be noticed and we would just spend twice as much the next day.

The leverage we have is why we've had black nominees for president multiple times and there has never been a serious Asian, Jewish, Native American or Latino. Black people have plenty of political power and we exercise it primarily through the democratic party on all levels of government.
