What is the longest you went without eating

Got food poisoning from a burrito and didn't eat for nearly 2 days. Had a DJ on the last night, but couldn't keep anything down. Sucked on jolly ranchers to have enough calories to not pass out.

Thank God I'm vegetarian. There had been bad meat in that joint can only imagine how bad things could have got

Drink electrolyte-infused mineral water to reduce the feeling of dizziness or lightheadedness.
The human body can easily go 2-3 weeks w/o food.

Man I just get weak and am tempted easily.

When I did fast headaches was the problem, I'll try the water that you suggested.

I once went 2 weeks with no food or water. A lot of people were saying that is impossible. But I trained for it and it took some years to finally get to that point.
Now life is different. It is too hard now to go serval hours with no food or water

I’m under the weather a little so that “want to eat” ain’t there


I can’t imagine the feeling of dying from hunger.

Roughly 30-40 each time. I needed a month off with how much beer I used to drink.
