all these carribbean islands are commomwealth countries:
Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Grenada, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and the british vigin islands.

they have symbolic independence but britian still controls their economies including the resorts.

Stop making excuses for incompetent and corrupt leadership.

Yeah, it's all fucked up. I was at a resort with the wife in Negril. And if you left the property to walk on the beach and came back to the property, employees would be on you trying to verify that you stayed at the resort. Like, mfs would swarm you. Felt like I need to walk around with my freedom papers.

Fucked up for the Jamaican employees too because they looked like they didn't really want to do this shit. But that's the job.

Also, it goes without saying that yt people didn't have that issue.
