Believe it or not, she has a major lawsuit on her hands. I've worked in a few capacities doing "utilities" work in public areas and I can tell you confidently that work site wasn't properly secured at all.



It's a mute point that she should have been paying attention to where she was going.

Man, your 100% right!! When I first started working for the utility company in 89 we could get away with barricading like in that video!! Today, hell nah!! You have to set up layers of barricades, manhole guard, cones with barricades around the manhole guard and cones & roped off!! If you dont set up that zone and someone falls in that hole, you have 2 choices retire if you have the years in or get fired! And it will happen within 2wks!!
