I'm in Houston I have a high efficiency hvac unit and double paned windows. In the summer away from home I set my thermostats at 78, during the evening and sleep hours my shit is set to 71-70. My house is 2500 square feet. My recent light bill was $145.

My light plan I have free weekends so I do laundry and stuff on the weekends and run my AC lower the whole weekend.
