Deaths are a lagging indicator, so it's too soon for that. Given how much it's spreading and the low efficacy of the Sinovac and Sinopharm vaccines, their deaths should dramatically increase in the coming weeks. It'll be unlikely that they'll properly report their numbers though.

Pfizer and Moderna know a 4th booster is gonna be needed, that’s why they submitting requests now to get a head start.
Congress has not extended the funding for future Covid vaccines and testing. Which means when the 4th booster goes out, no more free vaccines.
Folks gonna have to foot the bill. The thing is if you didn’t get the first 3 free booster’s, the 4th booster will not be effective cuz there is nothing in you. Folks are gonna have to pay to get themselves caught up.
Things are gonna get interesting now when folks gotta pay for shit.
