On my series X, whenever I capture game clips, they won't play and are displayed in a frozen state. Is there a known fix for this issue. Thanks in advance.

Non beta tester, everything updated. Im going to contact Microsoft. Thanks for the help.
I was going to say shut it down, disconnect the power cord for 20 seconds, plug in then turn on.

Are they frozen on the Xbox mobile app as well?
They play just fine on the app, I'm frustrated.

The multiplayer was live. Took a quick second to get my bearings as I haven't really played Halo since Halo 3. That grapple shot is gonna be a problem.
