When the trial starts, he'll have the best lawyers ready to fight his case.
People getting bond is common and the amount being so high indicates the judge feels there's evidence against the defendant. He also may not have a criminal record or proven history that would justify denying his bond.
I'm sure there's serious restrictions on his movements and interactions though.
I mean look at diddy, they declined his bond and he could afford to pay whatever they tried to throw at him.
