West, Jordan, Kobe to me.

Three man mountain.

Nobody else on that level.

No way the "The Iceman" gets relegated to an 'Other'. :smh: The poll is flawed.

1. Jordan
2. Kobe
3. George "The Iceman"
4. Jerry West

Jordan, Kobe & West are locks. 4th is very debatable between Iverson, Wade, Drexler & Maravich.

This has always been the easiest position to rank throughout NBA history:

4) Sam Jones
3) Dwyane Wade
2) Jerry West
1) Michael Jordan

Right now, George Gervin and the rest of the unincluded universe are polling at a combined 5.26%...

Creating polls 101. Most people select from items listed on the poll and may not recall others at time of responding to polls. Your poll essentially says "Of the players I listed, who are the Mt. Rushmore". Hell, I didn't think of Iceman until I clicked submit but it was too late.

Agreed. Dude left out some major Legends of the NBA. :rolleyes:

That's because most folks are not familiar with their stats & accomplishments At all. :smh:

2 points... is 2 points. :yes:
A Ring... is a Ring. :yes:
An All-Star nod... is an All-Star nod. :yes:

:eek::eek::eek: .511 FG% has to be best all-time by a SG.

"Other" :hmm:

What's there to disagree with?

Sam Jones - 10x NBA Champion; voted 50 greatest in NBA history; Basketball Hall of Fame Member

Dwyane Wade - 3x NBA Champion; 1x Finals MVP 2nd highest PER for SG in NBA history

Jerry West - 1x NBA Champion; 1x Finals MVP; voted 50 greatest in NBA History; Basketball Hall of Fame Member; Led team on greatest winning streak in professional sports history

Michael Jordan - 6x Finals MVP; Highest Regular Season and Playoff Scoring Average in NBA history. voted 50 greatest in NBA History; Basketball Hall of Fame Member

What other SGs top those credentials?

The inclusion of an "Other" option suggests the list is not complete... Other makes the list infinite, the opposite of "Of the players I listed, who are the Mt. Rushmore?"

The number of people who voted "other"-- one right now-- suggests the list of named options was pretty good. The fact is George Gervin, Sam Jones, etc were not coming close to top 4. But they can be factored into the polling.
