It wasn't kerr..he didn't tell curry to make those stupid turnovers nor settle for those shots..he didn't go ice cold the last 4 mins of the game..he didn't tell barnes to continually miss wide open shots etc etc etc..it wasn't coaching or strategy that lost for the dubs..it was clearly the players!!!
Ultimately, how they respond to this is really going to matter. Come right back and win a title over the next couple of years and they can be on the path of the Spurs..who never won back to back but consistently were in the hunt.
They blew an opportunity to go down in history though because winning 73 games and also winning the title would have one paper made them the best team..at least in terms of wins in one season.
professional sports is a weird thing though man..you just never know..the good thing is that this core is still around and will be for a while..
