He's looked better than PJ Walker last week
QB controversy brewing for the backup QB spot. Fact is Tyson Bagent has been the second best QB in camp according to several Bears beat writers. From what I've seen in 2 preseason games is PJ Walker is terrible and Bagent is legit. He has good pocket presence and he's accurate, he looks like he belongs. Right now Bagent is my #2 QB and I don't care if he's a rookie.

D-II star making push to back up Bears QB Fields

He should have had a interception or at least a deflection on that first touchdown
He set the TD record in division ll, his father is like a world champion arm wrestler. When he had his pro day 31 of 32 teams were there to see him so the league knows about this kid. He played a lot of ball in college and you can see that when he plays, he looks experienced. Right now Bagent is the #2 QB in my opinion.Filled in the blank of who he is for me

Meanwhile, Bagent answered the bell every time this preseason, absent the INT yesterday (which, if Carlson had held on to the TD the play before, doesn’t happen). Did it with his arm and his legs. High energy, going to be one of those Chicago “fan favorites” for all the obvious reasons he’d be one, lol (GTBW).
