Do y'all care if the McCaskeys have hired blacks in high positions in upper management if it's not translating to Lombardi trophies? I hope this doesn't make me a coon for saying this, but I don't really care. If I can have both, fine. If not, just give me, as a long-suffering fan the Super Bowl championships.

I dont believe any of us in this thread are GM or head coaches by any means, but we can sit here among ourselves and notice the obvious about the management, and coaching.

Most likely if flus is fired, it will be another client from Armstrong client lists.

but Justin Fields was part of the problem. That's why he's not starting in Pittsburgh.
and him being so conservative let's you know he was preaching to Caleb through Waldron about being conservative and making the safe play
Getting the ball out quicker wasn't rocket science, but Waldron still had him doing what seemed like these long ass drops at the worst times. But some of it was also on CW for holding the ball too long too.

The defense won the games. They weren't scoring points. Justin's issue is he doesn't anticipate receivers and ends up missing open ones. His special skill is running, not passing.
That's why the offense looks so different with Russ.
Again, why did Tomlin make the change when everyone else was saying they were winning with Justin? Fans don't see what coaches see.
