Unless the coaching staff is coaching his natural instincts out of him. Hell last year he just seemed more decisive, whether throwing or taking off to run. This year everything he's doing looks like it's in slow motion.. From his drop backs or going through his progressions, it's slower than last year.
What can we get back in trade for Fields and who would want him. He can't win a starting job. Also, the '24 qb draft class might be deep. I actually like the coach. Hate both coordinators. That's a bit of an indictment on the HC, but Flus seems to be trying to rectify that if possible by continuing to work with JF & the Offense + take control of the Defense.
It was evident Sunday just how neutered he‘s been. I’m glad a black QB in Chicago has the balls to call out the coaching and basically say “if these motherfuckers are going to drag me down, y’all coming along this ride to hell with me.”
