Remember Bob Arum dropped Andy Ruiz because he thought he lacked discipline. I don’t think he could have beat Joshua anyway, but he could have made the fight more interesting

Fam, listen very carefully... if you not really a boxing aficionado...

AR went 12 rounds and threw as many punches as AJ (265+/-), AR wasn't really winded at 280+lbs in the 12th-- and he was the heaviest major title holder for a championship fight, second to only a 7-foot 300-plus pounds Russian...

No, that mf wasn't out of shape... I think that big ass hat had some weight, notice he was fully clothed...yes he did eat heavy right before... but best believe that mf knew what he was doing, he'd be able to hold that bs shit excuse if he lost. He knew AJ wasn't going for that - he fight his fight inside bs... AJ was way serious/focused asf... when a mf let they hair grow out...its on... notice how he was in the ring too... night and day... shadowboxing as opposed to sitting up against the corner as he was last time chewing on a mouthpiece.

Listen to every interview AR's doing, I didnt listen to my dad and trainer and fame got to me etc...but it's no excuse AJ won.

Gtfohwtbs... all this TMZ and cell phones and no one got you actually "partying" instead of training... which was why nearly every boxing champ picked him to win... because to be able to box the way he boxes he must have good training discipline.

Fam, listen... 10 out of 10x he gets beat by fury, aj and dw when they use their reach advantage, hold in close, follow with the straight right after setting up with the jab. It's the LLewis and VK style.

AJ finally said it after the fight, he thought he hurt him after knocking him down and just got too careless and stayed in AR's range got hit with some fast punches in bunches from a cat that felt cornered. That simple.

Now if DW, Fury, or AJ want to match boxing skills in AR's range... I see all of them losing to AR at least once.

There should be no rematch unless AR beats fury or dw thinking they can just beat AR inside with boxing.

If you really want to keep it simple, look at the scale. That tells you all you need to know about AR's seriousness and training.

Not saying AR would've won if wasn't and obese sack of shit.

George Foreman on Andy Ruiz's Weight: He's Blown It, Really!
Sat Dec 7
Hall of Famer and former heavyweight champion George Foreman is shaking his head at Andy Ruiz's weight of 283-pounds for Saturday's rematch with Anthony Joshua.

Ruiz, who already looked pretty heavy, was 268-pounds back in June when he dropped Joshua four times for a seventh round stoppage.

Now Joshua will attempt to reclaim the WBO, IBF, IBO, WBA world titles in Saudi Arabia.

Ruiz will be about 45-pounds heavier in the rematch, as Joshua is lighter than he was for the first encounter by coming in at 237-pounds.

Foreman believes the increase in weight for Ruiz is a very big mistake that will cost him the fight.

“He’s blown it, really,’’ Foreman told USA Today Sports. “He’s blown his opportunity. He threw away a great opportunity really because now he can be outboxed. …

“Guys will tell you, ‘This is the way I look. I told you I’ve been there and I feel better at this weight and everything.’ But nobody, absolutely no one, wants to put their body on display and look that much out of shape. They don’t want to do it, I’m telling you. Don’t let him trick you. You are a celebrity and everybody wants you to taste some food. And you think you have enough time, six weeks come up, and you don’t have enough time to get in shape and lose weight.

"That’s the trick. You got to lose weight and you can’t fuse them together because most of your training camp will be spent on losing weight and you just won’t be in condition for the fight. So he got caught up. He got caught up in this terrible [situation]. If [Joshua] had enough time to recover, he should whip Ruiz without any problem. Just box him, box him. Take him into deep water, keep boxing him. And he should win a 12-round decision.’’

That's ridiculous! I like Usyk but to order the champion to fight him when he's only fought one heavyweight is obscene. Plus the guy he fought was a bum.

He should take the fight. Joshua needs 3-5 more fights before he touches fury or wilder IMO. They would both beat him, Fury would school him, Wilder would knock him the Faawwwk out.
