The Aussie rapper — who birthed her and Carti’s son, Onyx, in 2020 — hopped on the ‘Dinner’s On Me’ podcast this week and was asked point blank about her family dynamic … and Iggy made no bones about the fact she believes she’s on her own in parenting.
Iggy says, “I’m very much a single mother. I’m very much the only parent, no disrespect, but yes, I am not co-parenting really, and that’s just the reality of it. It’s one, it’s 24/7.”
She went on to reflect on motherhood and how her son has taught her to be present and to prioritize family time over other trivial matters — and, IA even attributed a lot of her success to her son as well, saying he’s her biggest fan. But yeah … she’s definitely crapping on Carti.
FWIW … Iggy has accused Carti of being an absent father in the past — making it very clear that she doesn’t see him as a shining example of parenthood … it’s been a years-long saga.

Sounds like a cherry-picked hypothetical. Most boys have male friends they hang with and pick up tendencies from each other. And what about scenarios where there's more than one boy in the family or uncles and older cousins help raise the boys? Really easy to pick apart that fallacious logic.

Now, I will refrain from the mistaken assumption that every person is like me and will acknowledge that perhaps he has a point in a very general sense, but I personally hated getting into fights as a kid -- real fights not play fighting/wrestling -- and didn't like getting hit, at all, but I never considered using a gun to kill my rivals or whatnot.
I think if a young person is quick to try to get a gun they have other problems or got mixed up with the wrong crowd. Also I noticed he's slamming the kid who may be afraid to fight instead the kid who's being the bully.

This is why I never cuss or drink/get high around my kid and why my mother never did either. But work in public schools today, and most mothers feel it's their right to talk and act any way they want in front of their kids, sadly when the kids especially the boys get too big to control many of them want them out or for someone else to take care of their bad ass kids. This is where our gangsters, killers, drug dealers, and addicts mostly come from.

They’re not supposed to. It’s a weird power dynamic flexing that is taking place. Think of it as domestic abuse. The victim know what happened and that her story doesn’t make sense, however, she goes out and tells the story anyway knowing the listener doesn’t believe a single word. It reveals to the victim that no one really cares. And that’s the purpose of power: to bend reality.
