Well, east Asians do kill IQ tests. That's a fact. Don't even matter that the tests are created by whites. Language barrier doesn't matter. Cultural difference doesn't matter. They do better than the creators of the tests. Granted, IQ is just one part of intelligence, but when the test results are combined with their academic dominance, the shit just can't be brushed off as 'meh, overhyped!" Even while having their number suppressed, they still dominating incoming classes. It's fucking crazy.
And you're right, the black community does have to act on education. It starts at home. This thing with using Asians to end race-based programs will happen at some point and time, and shit will just be harder. Best to be prepared for it.

Well, yeah, masses dumb as shit. Look how our news is getting these days. That said, there are different academic achievement levels be demographics in this country. Education starts at home. Far too many parents are sending their kids to school and the children can't read or count. They rely on teachers for everything. Now that shit worked back years ago, but now kids who come to school and can't read are at a disadvantage.
The main people who bitch about teachers and what schools are lacking are usually the biggest offenders when it comes to neglecting the education of their children. They want everyone else to do the job for them.

A federal judge ruled Tuesday that Harvard University does not discriminate against Asian Americans in undergraduate admissions, handing the school a victory in a lawsuit that marks one of the latest chapters in the affirmative action debate.
U.S. District Judge Allison D. Burroughs rejected claims of a plaintiff that Harvard violates the law as it considers race in selecting an incoming freshman class. While Harvard’s “admissions process may be imperfect,” Burroughs wrote, the judge concluded that statistical disparities among racial groups of applicants “are not the result of any racial animus or conscious prejudice.”
The judge also found that Harvard “narrowly tailored” its use of race in admissions to achieve the benefits of a diverse class.
“The use of race benefits certain racial and ethnic groups that would otherwise be underrepresented at Harvard and is therefore neither an illegitimate use of race or reflective of racial prejudice,” Burroughs wrote.
Harvard could improve its process, through implicit bias training and other steps, the judge added. “That being said, the Court will not dismantle a very fine admissions program that passes constitutional muster, solely because it could do better,” she wrote.
The other people of color should have learned their lesson for what blacks would do in this country, but they think they are not in the same boat and they are quickly finding out. They are in the same boat. You know what I hate to say this, but America needs to fall for a lot of people to learn a lesson and not only in North America, but around the world. For the first time in my lifetime I actually applied for a passport last week just in case. Yes I have been out of this country a few times but only to the islands nearby that’s it.
