That whole album was fire. I could play it without skipping a track.
This had my young ass doing variations of the running man for 6+ hrs a night ×4 nights a week. Me and my partnerz used to kick it at the Vista Entertainment Center in Vista CA...sometime making it to Club Metro up in riverside.

I only recently learned after all these years that Pos was doing the female parts on the song. A recent Salute the Sample with LL, Greg Nice, and Z-Trip covered the song and how he was crunched for time and couldn't wait for a female to do the part, so he essentially recorded it and pitched it down. Really interesting hearing it.
This is the only maino hit i know of. So its a one hit wonder in my book
