Chloe Bennett is a close second but may be too thick. Both of them have respectible lil bubbles. Thunder may also be too thick(plus she can't act for shit), Batgirl is supposed to be lith and graceful. Katee gots no azz. Neither does Eliza.
I think your first sentence should inform the decision. It's about how the girl looks in the suit. Always has been. Some acting chops help. Gay or bi not necessary IRL as long as they do it in front of the camera.
**this doesn't mean I think Jessica would be good for the role, I think somebody like........can't think of anyone right now.

@playahaitian ive got another one... the only problem is that she is so much taller then Ruby Rose... you would definitely have to go with the Alternate Earth Kate story... but she would be fucking perfect. The only problem is that she isn’t Lesbian or Bi... but if you want to go with Physical presence, acting, and someone that can definitely do a fight scene.

Plus she is just too old. Batwoman was about LATE 20's at the earliest. And can we just be honest. The show just isn't that good. Don't get me wrong a lot of the CW shows are garbage, but this one is low end of that totem pole.
