BGOL Artists, I need your help for a book cover (Porn Inside)

This is something that I just threw together fam... The pics were on the net.
It's just an idea I had to help guide your way. I'm a minimalist... I don't care too much for things that's busy.

Yeah, this is the darkness I think it needs. If you're writing about someone doing dirt there have to be dark, shadowed themes. And again, this is race neutral. The placement and configuration of the stethoscope is a nice touch!

Yo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the joint right here. Let's have a vote.

(BTW, could you add Volume 1 in smaller letters to the right of Chronicles? Thanks)

I'm gonna have the person make the changes to the other one and I like that, but LOVE this one

The stethoscope pussy....GENIUS

I don't think it matters at this point. The mock that Psyborg, all it needs is the name Ty Robertson and that's looking like a winner

What do you think?

Maybe maybe maybe MAYBE mess with the font a little more?

But right now, as is?

You looking elite

I really don't want to be a wet blanket, because I like the concept as well.

However...

you might want to think about generating a similar image (as it is apparently made up of images from around the web) as opposed
to using the exact photo. The photographer could hit you with a copyright violation. Just something to think about before committing.

Might? Most certainly will. They're copyrighted

I did those covers, as a concept. A mock.
Can't use the images.

Just giving him an idea. He'd have to get a model, photog to create his image.

Agreed...
That's why I said that I got the images from the net. I created the sample as a possible direction or guide.

Personally I would find a curvaceous friend, pay her a little something, and have her sign a basic release agreement.

That pic can easily be duplicated.

All those are simple to recreate.

But yeah can't use those as they are, as any image you will find on the web, not allowed for commercial use, meaning can't sell a book with it on the cover. You'd be sued.

Some images can be purchased online for usage. But you really are better off making your own by either paying a photog and model or making it yourself.

The silhouette image is easy to create. Can manipulate that in pshop even if you took a pic with your cell. Just get the lighting correct.
I've shot models like that, but I also have a photography background. But it's not hard to do without a professional set up.

@Mixd @PsiBorg and others hooked your boy up.

Looks cold as fuck. Thank you all. BGOL is truly that place

Like I said in the other thread:

"I'm glad I was able to be of some assistance, Brother. I'm hoping that your book will be wildly successful.

I'm actually gathering information for a book I'm writing now. It's going to be a fictional book, but it's going to be based on real historical events.

So, I may be pulling on your coat-tail pretty soon. I don't know anything about publishing or things of that nature. So I may drop of a message to you every now and then, just to make sure that I'm taking the proper steps."

Congratulations Brother...

Congrats man I hope for the best.

I used to write erotic stories but they were based on my own experiences with name and some likeness omitted.

There's definitely a market.

What about erotic artwork? The only thing I see out there that seems popular is hentai and anime.

I am not comfortable with hentai, because they seem to focus on characters that look a bit under age.
I don't care for the giant head/giant eye style either.

Just wonderin'.

For artwork I didn't use pictures just words that were styled in a way that would convey the theme of the stories.

Like how cannabis shops have the plant as the "O" in the word smoke or porn companies use a drip effect on their words.

If you wanted to use people you can just have to models (which could be hired or people you know) take a picture then touch it up with how you want it to look.

I use GIMP for photo editing but I'm sure there are more options.

Nice work. Excellent collaboration.

Amazing how quickly and effectively problems can be solved with so many hands on deck for a common purpose.

Congrats.
That's what I'm talking about. I mean, it was for sure like one of those videos where a villagers car goes in a ditch and the folks from the village come out and get him back on the road

Anyone who says BGOL isn't worth the money is a damned lie. Y'all brothers, man.

I can't say enough

This is an updated proof after edits were made

Well, after much procrastination I'm back on the editing tour. I edited/corrected, properly punctuated 50 pages tonight to some Marvin Gaye.

Started on page 30 and now I'm at page 78 of 103 (it's double spaced right now, so the page count in book form is about 70 pages I think). 27,600 words

And the real work comes tomorrow when I attempt to insert about two pages worth of material I accidentally wrote in a different area

But I haven't played video games in 3 weeks so I'm trying to abstain from that so I'm not distracted

Are you using www.grammarly.com

I write web content daily and that site saves me a lot of time just using the free version.

Also, make sure to purchase your book title's domain name in .com and .net. IDK if there's a .book, but if there is grab that too.

It gets like that sometimes, Bro. Also, it's good to step away from the work, then come back to it. That way, you can see it with a different mindset.

I'm looking forward to seeing what comes from your hard work. You got this, Bruh.

It says the name is taken. Is it worth it to pay the $70 to attempt to get it or the OR should I just register THENAUGHTYNURSECHRONICLES.COM and call it a day and save the money

Adding THE may be cheaper, but you know how stupid people are, I'm sure I'm going to have to waste some time on saying THE when people aren't smart enough

The one company says a $10 backorder service (see below)

If not, we can help you get it with our domain backorder service for only $10.00.

We'll negotiate for you anonymously with whoever currently owns the domain. If the owner of the domain isn't ready to sell yet, we will watch it every day to see when it becomes available. If the owner doesn't renew, we'll get it for you before it becomes available to the general public.
