I have been reading this thread and some of you cats overthink make-believe.
Black Panther isn't one person , it passes down the line. T'Chala became black panther when his father died.
So T'Chala died and the line of progression is the next heir who happens to be his sister....And because he dies why wouldn't the focus be on his mother and his sister who are what remains of the royal family ?
Not to mention that between the gadgets created the powers come from the plant...So all that she skinny or she a she is crazy.....
The plant and the gadgets are key, not fukkn muscles.
I'll enjoy it when a good copy comes out if its entertaining, I am not trying to pick it apart....It's make believe mofokrs
Yes its make believe but when you set the precedent of these films with good story telling you expect things to be at a certain level. Super Heroes don't suddenly die from a mystery illness. Maybe if they would have incorporated it into the story like it was it was a disease sent from Namor's peeps that is killing wakandans idk. Seems to me that a movie with black folks as the main focus is being nitpicked and held to a higher standard than the rest of MCU.
The star of your movie dies and you have to rework the entire shit....Black folks did excellent with what they faced and had to overcome.

Sometime you really should only watch a movie once and walk away. Because you'll start asking questions on a second viewing that you didn't notice the first time around .
During the car chase scene outta Boston, between Shuri, Riri, Okoye, & Shuri's A.I., they all had to had caught at least 2 bodies each. Most of people in the cars that were causing to violently crash, & flip over, & explode, (but not kill)were all filled with pigs. I don't mind if the princess of Wakanda is allowed to come over and off a few pigs every so often. You just think the movie would have made that a bigger plot point with the unnecessary white boy character.
CIA was on site the day after cleaning stuff up..maybe they have a Men in Black Neuralizer or something..
Correct...all them that was at Ironman's funeral, a few of them would have been T'Challa's funeral, I'm sure "old Steve Rogers" would have been there and Bucky...irony is that i was watch Civil War the other day and we got introduced to him with Bucky and T'Challa fighting, would have been perfect to send him off with Bucky paying his respects...
