Like others have said(and the sky broadcasters), how can Ham trust anyone on his team from this point forward. He's gotta be wondering WTF REALLY happened...

Just finished watching the race. I"M FUCKING LIVID!!! Why? Why? On what planet did it make sense to pit Lewis? I mean the only think that keeps Nico in contention is DNF or Mercedes fucking up Lewis's strategy. I see a lot more disobeying of pitwall orders going forward.

Last year they stopped him winning by a faulty exhaust pipe no one in the whole field had a broken one all year, then faulty brakes. Mercedes are running out of ways to stop him winning and using desperate measures which they hope they can keep making excuses for. Nikki Lauda claims it was unacceptable what happened the question is do you believe he didn't know anything about it. Austria Germany umm strange link their.

Re: The BGOL Ongoing Formula One Thread

I have a feeling Lewis Hamilton has an opt out clause in his contract with Merc.

I don't think Niki, a fellow driver would do that to another driver. Thats something unforgivable. I think Niki believes drivers drive and it should be settled on the circuit. Niki title is nonexecutive chairman. Basically a made up title because he is who he is. I don't think he woukd have a major say in a team wide conspiracy to fix a race. Just my opinion though.

Goddamn Kimi...:hmm: How in the fuck do you spin in the same goddamn spot 2 years in a fucking row!!!??? Vettel drove a good race. I think even though the finish doesnt show it, Ferrari made a decent step forward in terms of performance. Not enough to catch Merc, but a decent step. I wish Vettel hadnt had the qualy issues so we couldve saw how much they improved, but it happened how it happened.

Kimi is on thin ice though. Bottas is already rumored to have a deal in place and Kimi is making it an easy decision. I like Kimi, hes had a good run, although Ive always thought he was a bit overrated because hes popular. But he better kick ass the rest of the season or else.:itsawrap:

Welp, that was a crazy quali session. Might as start taking bets on who's filling Kimi's seat now. He can't blame that one on his strategist. He was out on track like everybody else.

He was in the pits at the end of the session. I remember looking for his name to see where he was in the last few minutes. He needed to be out there on a drying track. I dont know whos call it was to have him in the pits as people were setting faster times as the conditions improved. Kimi says it wasnt his call. But still. Hulk, and Bottas are still nipping at that 2nd seat come next season.

Well, it can't get any worse for Kimi than this weekend. Even if its his strategist to mostly blame for quali, his banker laps in Q1 weren't good either way. Sebastian's lap before his fastest lap in Q1 was still better than Kimi and would've been good enough to get him into Q2. If Kimi trys to find excuses for losing control when the car was pretty much straight, he's done. He's a good driver, but I always thought his stock was a little overrated because of his personality and now he seems be in decline so ain't getting any better. Shit's got me really thinking that 2013 Lotus was more of a racer winner(potential champion) car than I originally thought.

Fair play to Nico, he got the jump on Lewis on merit and he held him off. No excuses for Hamilton not getting by. He pretty much sealed his race with the 5 sec penalty though.

Yeah, Kimi might aswell call it a career. No one is going to sign him after the last 2 seasons performances outside of a small team that would benefit from his popularity. There are too many good drivers out there to try and catch lightning in a bottle for 1 more year with an aging driver who obviously can only be an elite driver with a perfect setup.

Good race today. Williams maybe threw away a race win to save Massa's ego. I was rooting for him in the lead though, but they should've gave the orders.

Rest in Peace Jules Bianchi 18 July 2015. Race should have been stopped.:smh:

Fa sho, kid was on the rise and it was evident even in a Marussia, sad loss indeed.

Hamilton looks to be on his typical form in Hungary which is blitzing the field. Nico was looking extra salty at the post qualifying press conference. Is it me or does Nico's face always look yellow as shit around his mouth. I thought it my TV's contrast, but it ain't that.:smh:

So much for those Williams fans talking out their asses. Being better on "fast tracks" doesn't mean you have a better package. The Merc PU is still better than Ferraris... And Williams still havemno downforce...

I gotta say Redbull looks good. They haven't quit and are still fighting.
