Verstappin said fuck you rosberg. Lol
F1 cars in the past where not as fast as the cars today, speed and lap times are insane now.
That kid is going to be a world champion one day... I did want to fall for the hype so soon because you know how it goes with these people gassing their own but after defending like that I am beginning to think that he's something close to special.
This race didn't do much for me. Will be curious to see what the hell was up with Hamiltons settings.
Why was the Austrian crowd booing hamilton... That wasn't his fault on that last lap.
Does anyone on here race, autocross, HPDE or autorally cross
They did their best to hand this race to Nico(shitty pitstop and tire strategy) and Ham grinds his way back anyways, and they are gonna sit there straight faced and try to imply that BOTH drivers had some culpability? FOHHere we are 4 hours later and they're really pumping this brake issue... When your brakes are hot and fading you brake lighter and earlier. With almost half the lap left why would late braking even be an option??? Basic sense tells you to save the brakes and bring the car home. When you're leading the championship you don't need to take risks. That shit was personal and intentional. If he had understeered he wouldn't have gone straight in that his nose would've at least been in the direction of the turn somewhat, he just wouldnt have turned and there would've tire smoke... He didn't even try to turn, fuck what they're saying

Me! I've been a sports car lover and road course fan for about 20 years. Bought the original Playstation only to play the first Gran Turismo. http://www.sccawiregrass.org/, http://www.alscca.net/index.php/autocrossquickmenu. I've done HPDE at "Little Talladega", and my Audi club has events at Atlanta Motorsports Park. I plan on building a race simulator with 3 screens when I get a bigger house. Sim racing is about to become highly competitive since the FIA put their stamp of approval on it.
I have a little Audi A3 so there isn't too much trouble concerning weight. I upgraded to stainless steel lines and was gonna do a whole big brake kit, but the older more experienced heads told me to just upgrade my pads. It's my daily driver so I didn't go full race pads but found some that offer great stopping power, low dust, and little to no noise. And of course race quality brake fluid! I attend Quattro de Mayo most years with the Audi Club of Georgia. Those guys hustle S6s and RS7s through the twisty mountain roads with no problem! But of course repeated use on a road course is a different animal. I plan on getting a TTS or TTRS for my next vehicle. Perfect blend of road/track for me.I'm in the Apex racing league on PS4 for F1. I plan on getting 2016 first day.
I know Audis are better cars to road race with than a FWD Accord, but having 4WD I assume if you push too hard on stock brakes with the weight of an Audience your brakes can fade too. How well do you cope with brake fade on a circuit??? Unless I heel/toe my brake are gone after 6-8 hard coners.

Rosberg penalised, stays fourth, after Hamilton clash
Nico Rosberg has been penalised by the FIA stewards after they deemed him 'responsible for the collision' with team mate Lewis Hamilton while fighting for the lead on the final lap in Austria.
After examining video and telemetry evidence, and having heard from Rosberg, Hamilton and representatives from Mercedes, the stewards determined that Rosberg had not allowed Hamilton 'racing room'.
The penalty does not alter the classification however - Rosberg was handed a 10-second time penalty, but was 14 seconds ahead of Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo at the chequered flag, meaning he stays fourth overall.
Bullshit penalty, how about penalizing Rosberg 10 seconds on the next race....
The fact that he only got 10sec penalty is unbelievable man. Causes an avoidable accident, left no room for opponent to get back on the track and dragged his front wing under car for almost a whole lap. Shit is crazy.
