Your niece, Talia celebrated her birthday last month and you were introduced to a few of her friends, who were at a restaurant in the Tribeca section of Manhattan (It hurt your pockets, but you figured it would be a nice gesture to treat them to dinner).

About 2 weeks ago you call Talia to see how she was doing and she was out shopping with Kiky. When Kiky found out she was speaking to you, she wanted to say "Hi," so Talia put her on the phone for a minute (You spoke to Kiky briefly and she wanted to send you her picture).
On the Sunday before Memorial day there was a family cookout at your Talia's place and you asked Talia could you use the bathroom in her bedroom (it was a bit more private).
No problem, but she told you before hand Kiky was laying down on her bed because her stomach was bothering her. So before going upstairs you grab a Ginger Ale for Kiky.
Kiky said the stomach pain had subsided, but there was still some sleight discomfort. You asked her did her did she need to use the bathroom, and if not, you would only be a few minutes.
After about 5 minutes there was a knock on the door, and you told Kiky you would be right out. You rushed out to find Kiky laying on the bed, but you didn't expect this?
