Hip hop failed
Where are the seminal records or albums to mark that period?
BHeroes. We know that in theur primes we had the artists to do just that outkast, PE, Tribe, Fugees, Jay Nas, Cube, Heiro.
And a bunch more would have a George Floyd, protest, public health, anti trump record that would STILL resonate today.
