Reagan is the one that fucked it up for the middle-class especially white middle-class. But yet that’s their hero.
This was easy work for the Democrats, but what really made McCarthy give up a lot of his bullshit was the big money donors for the GOP sort of was standing near his office with bats and guns telling him not to fuck this up.
