Yup and I work in healthcare policy and I can tell you healthcare in a lot of southern states are shitty.
Mainly because of the Medicaid reimbursement are low in those states so some doctors will not see those patients making it hard for Medicaid patients to get adequate care. It’s a whole list of other BS but that’s the main one
