There was no black person on duty in that tower at the time so it’s going to be very difficult for them to do that

Ohio college student was killed in the crash coming home from her grandfather's funeral

Thomas White, president of the Ohio college, told reporters that he spoke to Maxwell's father yesterday after the news broke of the crash.
"You know, I talked to her dad. I said, 'What can we do?'" White said. "There’s no words that make this okay. There’s nothing that makes this easier. I can’t say anything that takes away your hurt or your pain."
White said Maxwell's father revealed that she was on the plane because she was returning back to campus in Ohio after attending funeral services for her grandfather in her hometown of Wichita.
"Can you imagine losing a parent and seven days later losing a child?" White said.
The university president said that Maxwell had been a junior majoring in mechanical engineering and that the college "grieves the loss of a great student."

Everything he wrote was spot on. The helo was 100ft too high and probably saw the second aircraft, not the one they collided with.
They're going to say that the black person should have been at work, but had the day off/was laid off/etc. Vance already made it clear that they are going to BS their way into whatever excuse they can.
Right now, the White House is beginning to dig a deep hole even some of the people outside of Fox News is beginning to question the hell out of everybody.

How the fuck do three people on the helicopter not see that bright ass plane right in front of them in the night sky?
The pilots who have looked at the routes and ATC data say the ATC handled the situation masterfully.
Even though there should have been two controllers, the helo pilot asked for "visual separation"
indicating that they were taking over and didn't need ATC guiding them because they could see the traffic.
So all a 2nd controller might have done was the same thing... Ask TWICE if the heli saw the plane
This is why I keep saying what I am saying that some people are getting offended by.
That ATC sounded Black. But regardless, the ATC handled the situation. Blackhawk was 100ft above, and saw the wrong plane.

Investigation team confident it can locate helicopter's black box

A source involved with the search tells NBC News that investigators are confident they will be able to locate the flight data recorder, or black box, from the Black Hawk helicopter that collided with the American Eagle plane.
Since it’s a military helicopter, they are working closely with the Army and the manufacturer Sikorski on the best way to safely extract the black box from the Potomac.
Investigators last night recovered two black boxes from the American Eagle jet and recovery teams returned to the river this morning.
No, the air traffic controller was not white. I just found that out last night.

That shit is at the bottom of a big ass river after being tossed god knows how far after the collision. If it's not putting out some sort of find me signal, it will be difficult to find.
