iamdanileigh"DANIELLE.. TELLING ME THAT BREAKFAST CAN WAIT I SAID DANIELLE" First time I saw Prince perform live, gave me chills... He opened my eyes on what it is to be an artist.. He opened sooo many doors for me too. I remember my very first performance on stage w @itscharlibabi was at The Essence Festival and the House of Blues right before he went on!! Crazy huh... He even asked us to write a song to be featured on his record...like a Mack... He was known for finding young talent and helping them.. He's never asked me in return for anything! Genuinely wanted to just help.. I appreciate you so much and I'm so sad you're gone.. I really wanted to thank you at the awards shows to the world everything you've done for me while you sit in the front smiling. I know now you will be watching over me and will have my back through out this journey. Thank you again my inspiration,#ripprince

when did Wendy miss her cue..?

I've watched this video hundreds of times over the years and I've never noticed Wendy missing her cue. Watched it again and I still don't see it. The only performance that I recall somebody missing their cue was the one with Miles Davis and there was another back in the late 90's or early 2000's, but I forget the performance. Prince's bands were always on point.

Bootsy Collins on Prince

Peace BROTHER,

I thought you were in the skinny jean, wearing 25 colors at the same time, Future, Bobby Shurmurda, Odell Beckman dancing era (HA, HA!!!).

All jokes aside, BROTHER I see you know your music. BOOTSY aka BOOT-ZILLA in a musical giant. I love BOOTSY.

Another one of those Kats with a style of playing, dressing and musical influence all his own.

That was a great drop BROTHER. I really enjoyed the video.

I definitely have to check BOOTSY the next time he comes through town or is nearby.

EXCLUSIVE: The gold rush begins! 700 people claim to be Prince's siblings as judge rules DNA samples be taken from the music legend's blood to verify claims
  • Morse Genealogical Services is sifting through as many as 700 claims of people saying they are Prince's half-sibling
  • But only one looks likely to have a shot at proving she is actually a blood relative of the singer, who died last month at his Minnesota estate
  • Prince has one full-sister, Tyka Nelson, and five known half-siblings, Sharon, Norrine and John Nelson, Omarr Baker and Alfred Jackson
  • He has no surviving children from his two marriages and his parents, John and Mattie Nelson, are both dead
  • Two other half-siblings - Duane and Lorna Nelson - are also dead
  • Duane Nelson has a teenage granddaughter who is entitled to his share
  • Prince’s estate is estimated to be worth $300million, but will likely rise

We took 90's Prince and NPG for granted.

An excellent Act I audience recording. Filmed from the balcony to the right of the stage, the person filming gets a totally unobstructed view of the action. The zoom is used, however there are no REAL close-ups - no matter though, because the filmer keeps Prince (as best as they can) in view for the most part. The majority of the time the camera work is clear and steady, however there are times when the camera shakes about (pretty minimal), or films the crowd, etc. The picture quality, although not as good as the 25th MARCH footage is still very good. Prince's performance is amazing though, and that is why I prefer this show to the other concert. It's the first of 3 nights in New York and he is having a blast! He struts around the stage like a peacock, busting out some hilarious moves, picks up the microphone and screams like he MEANS it, then grabs the cloud guitar and proceeds to thrash out a guitar solo that leaves you open mouthed. The guitar solo (including Voodoo Chile) at the end of 'She's Always In My Hair' is an awesome thing to see / hear - truly fantastic stuff. Add to that the 2 1/4 hour concert, and you have a very cool, lengthy release.

Peace BROTHER,

What in the fuck?

They are going to make this a 3-ring circus.

Wonder if this is a concerted effort to tarnish PRINCE'S image. Making it possibly difficult for the Family to utilize the catalog to its fullest potential.

Meaning some entities may not want attach a product, a company or creation to a PRINCE song:

Ex;
  • Reputably companies in commercial
  • Image in print ads
  • Movie soundtracks
  • Issuing unheard music
  • Re-issuing old music
All setting up a low ball bid for the entire catalog.

Maybe I'm reaching. None of this has seemed copasetic since the plane made the emergency landing.

Then the Pre-Med student flying across country with the unprescribed pills. Then he call 911?

Chick from yahoo live, where that Lamar performance was from. Yeah she sucked ass that night. P was trying to get some action, when it failed he hired her lame ass.

Peace Px2,

I hope PRINCE wasn't trying to knock this broad off. She is boyish looking, almost dyke-ish.

She talked to much about herself. Who gives a fuck about her!

Recording the footage when she should not have says a lot about her honesty and character.

Nice drop Px2!
