Diana Taurasi said they were going to be playing against GROWN WOMEN when they got to the WNBA so most people thought Angel Reese wasn't big enough to do what she was doing against those lil girls in college in the WNBA

Saw this when it happened live. Clear double dribble. The refs were behind her so she got away with it.

Again, she is weirdly uncoordinated sometimes.
She wants to be ambidextrous bad. She needs to take a page out of A'Ja Wilson's playbook and embrace her left hand. Master that first and then work on the right.

But she's just one of those players who "shoots ugly." We've all been on the court with that one person who shoots like a duck and somehow it goes in. It defies convention but works for them.

The blocks and rebounds is surprising. She actually has more blocks than Reese. You would think it would be the other way around. Considering how active Reese is on defense.

Not surprising really...

WNBA
Bigs are 6'3 and up
Forward/Wing is 6'0 to 6'2 ...
Guards are 5'11 and smaller....

Clark is considered a Big Guard at 6'0 ft in the WNBA... Similar to Luka...

Which explains her blocks and rebounds...

This. You hit the nail on the head homie. Great explanation.

Let me add to the fact that a lot of guards are set shooters with little elevation on their shot. Take Marina Mabrey from Chicago who CC was guarding yesterday. Although she's 5'11 (just an inch shorter than CC) her shot can be easily blocked as she basically has zero elevation when she does shoot. There are a lot of 1-inch vertical shooters in the league. For a long armed girl like CC it's easy to come along and get a block.

Athletic sisters like Brittney Sykes from Washington racks up blocks this way. Sykes is only 5'9" but has hops. She can block these non-jumping chicks with ease.
